When you request a quote or book a cleaning we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, home details and any notes you choose to share, such as access instructions or special requests.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, schedule and perform your cleaning, contact you about your appointment, and send service reminders if you opt in to text messages. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you opt in to text reminders, we may send appointment confirmations and arrival notifications. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We share information only with the cleaners assigned to your home and with service providers who help us operate the business, such as scheduling and messaging tools. We may disclose information if required by law.
